How to Locate a Provider

If you currently have a Cigna plan and have registered for an account, log in to www.mycigna.com.

If you are not enrolled/registered, please follow the steps below to search for a provider/facility near you:

Go to www.cigna.com and click on Find a Doctor
Click on “Employer or School”
Enter your Address, City, or Zip Code and choose how you would like to search: Doctor by Type, Doctor by Name, or Health Facilities and Group Practices
When asked to Log In/Register, choose “Continue as Guest”
Choose “Continue without a Plan”
On the results screen, click on “Select a Plan”
Under Medical Plans, select “Open Access Plus, OA Plus, Choice Fund OA Plus” and click “Choose”
